Today our Leah met her Great Grandmother Leah, as well as her Great Grandfather Clair, Great Aunt Marya, and Great Uncle George. It was amazing to see the two Leahs together, not only because one was named for the other, but because without her Great Grandmother, baby Leah would not be here. I have never felt such a strong connection to both the past and the future.
Is it possible that one day our tiny(ish) baby could have her own great grandchild? So difficult - but wonderful - to imagine.
