Leah was bouncing off the walls this morning. It was as if the vibrating mechanism from her bouncy chair had migrated to her body. She was thrilled to be awake, to see herself in the mirror on the wall, and couldn't wait to leave the bedroom and go into the living room. She peeked around the bedroom door after looking in the mirror and bounced in my arms as she spotted the room beyond.
After a short mid-morning nap, we took a walk with our friend Annalise and her daughter Ella to the local park. Leah mellowed out in her sling while the older kids galavanted around. She loved watching them - probably picking up ideas for when she gets older.
These pictures are from the weekend. She moved too quickly today for me to take any pictures. And when she stopped moving at such a fast pace, we were both too zonkered to move.
(Watching tv again, even after I tried facing her away from it!)

"Mirror, mirror on the wall who's the fairest Leah of them all?"
Or, do we have a striped couch potato?
Do I see a ponytail?
Grandpa B
No, that's her baby mullet-in-training.
