Easter

Leah's first Easter was great fun. We woke up early + presented her with a little basket containing an appropriately themed book, her (not new, but spring-themed) lamb puppet, and a toy phone, which was (and continues to be) a big hit. Then we drove back to our church in JC for breakfast + an egg hunt.

The girl loved "finding" her eggs. She energetically shook them + crawled (can you call it crawling when it's faster than her parents can walk?) around, trying to keep up with the bigger kids.

That afternoon, Rob's parents came over - complete with a tasty lunch - for more Easter goodness.

And now, we are tired. Leah has hit another growth spurt, and is non-stop action. Some highlights: tiny bits of real spaghetti + peas yesterday (intentional) and cat food (unintentional) today. She has a new trick of trying to bite our noses + laughing hysterically when we say "ow". It's funny when it's not my nose!
