Tooth demon

The poor girl is in the throes of teething. This is new to her, and highly unacceptable, as evidenced by the serious bouts of kvetching that have been going on. The only thing that makes her happy is being in-arms, which is nice, but hard to accommodate when there is work to be done!

More from the weekend:

Fun in bed on Saturday morning (coffee for the parents - not pictured because they are not as cute when they wake up - and teething toy for the bean)

Learning to pet Amelia without pulling her tail off

We meant to go pick out Leah's 1st fall pumpkin, but the day got ahead of us. So we visited her Dahlay (Rob's mom) at her bridal salon instead.

The next day Leah finally picked out her pumpkin!

We tracked down what looked like a great farm/orchard online, complete with hay rides + a petting zoo, but when we arrived it was little more than a roadside stand. Behind the counter was a bleach-blonde lady with long sparkly maroon fingernails and pictures of the cast of
The Sopranos. We are in New Joisey, after all...
